Marketing Executive Junior/Fresh Graduate Position

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our company’s marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

As the Company Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our organization, handling all the day-to-day tasks that keep us moving forward. You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone who calls or stops by the office, and you’ll make sure everyone has what they need to be productive. You’ll be the one who keeps track of all the little details that keep the office running smoothly, and you’ll work closely with the management team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls with a smile
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings like a pro
  • Maintaining and updating organizational documents, databases and records with precision
  • Creating and distributing correspondence, including emails and memos with a personal touch
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new materials as needed with a keen eye
  • Coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements for employees with ease
  • Assisting with HR tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files with care
  • Providing support to other departments and teams as needed with a can-do attitude
  • Handling other miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by management with a willingness to learn
